The 266th Finance Support Center’s financial management technicians are applying cutting-edge counterterrorism approaches to equip leaders with new ways to attack their foes. The Army’s Finance and Comptroller branch chose the 266th FISC, based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, to serve as a testbed for bringing counter-threat finance (CTF) strategies—techniques that have been used by Special Operations Forces Soldiers for years—into the arsenal of conventional Army financial management technicians.
