Upcoming ABC News documentary examines deadly 2017 Niger attack | Military Times

A new film intends to shine some light on the deaths of four Special Forces soldiers assigned to a unit stationed in the west-African nation of Niger. 3212 UN-REDACTED was produced by ABC and a trailer was recently released. It will premiere on Hulu this Veteran’s Day. The film is the culmination of a three year investigation that examines not only the attack that killed Sgt. 1st Class Jeremiah Johnson, Staff Sgt. Dustin Wright, Sgt. LaDavid Johnson and Staff Sgt. Bryan Black on Oct. 4, 2017, but the lead-up and aftermath. In the trailer family members of the deceased tease the incongruities found in official reports.
