Exercise Sea Breeze 2021 comes to a close in Black Sea | Sea Power Magazine

On July 10th the US and Ukrainian fleets completed Exercise Sea Breeze 2021 in the Black Sea region, which was attended by 30 nations. During a media briefing on Friday, Capt. Stuart Bauman, the Sea Breeze 21 exercise director on the US side, remarked, “We’ve had the largest Sea Breeze since we began over 20 years ago.” According to Bauman, there was a lot of involvement from both NATO and non-NATO members from all over the world, including Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Albania, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, France, Georgia, Greece, Israel are among the nations that participated in the drill.
