Teens from all over the nation have traveled to Utah for a camp for the children of fallen special operations soldiers to make them feel better with their loss. This year, kids at the camp will receive additional training from first responders from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, but the ties they form here will often last a lifetime. The teenagers got a behind-the-scenes look at the department’s relief operations, including what it’s like within the command center and how drones are used. They even went on an airboat ride with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office.
