Blinken says U.S. still probing ‘Havana syndrome’ attacks on diplomats | Reuters

According to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, the US is launching a government-wide study to determine who or what prompted the alleged “directed” radio wave strikes on US ambassadors that led to different neurological disorders known as “Havana sickness.” If Washington has concerns that a state actor, such as Russia or others, is engaged, it will bring it up with them, according to Blinken, who noted that the US does not know what or who is generating these instances at this time.
