Camp Lejeune ‘Toxic Cocktail’ t-shirt makes a comeback | Military.com

Must Read

The Camp Lejeune ‘Toxic Cocktail’ t-shirt, which features a tongue-in-cheek recipe for a specialty cocktail, was once a symbolic shirt for having the recipe served to Marines and family members in their drinking water from 1953 to 1987. Russell Mantz, a retired motor transport Marine who served at Camp Lejeune from 1978 to 1981, designed the T-shirt a decade ago. The famous t-shirt is being re-printed today to increase awareness for those who see it. The shirt is now available for a short time.
