A former Green Beret breaks down that viral video of an insane armored truck heist | Task & Purpose

Must Read

Last April 22, an armored cash-in-transit truck in Pretoria, South Africa, was suddenly ambushed by armed robbers on a highway. Inside the vehicle was Leo Prinsloo, a former South African Police Service Special Task Force member and a security guard identified as Lloyd. In the entire dashcam video, it can be seen how Prinsloo has remained calm in handling the whole situation. According to Benjamin Bunn, a former US Army Special Forces soldier and combat veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Prinsloo was prepared, and he did the right thing, which is to keep moving until they got out of the kill zone created by the people who tried to rob them. Bunn said that they could have died if they stayed in the kill zone.
