Top general: US considering training Afghan forces in other countries | The Hill

A week after the remaining US troops have started withdrawing from Afghanistan, the US military’s top general has revealed that they are considering continuing to train Afghan forces from different countries. According to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, they have a lot of different options out there, but it is possible for them to do such a thing. All the remaining US military troops in Afghanistan are set to leave the country by September 11th.
