Navy Rear Adm. Erik Ross has been discharged from service after getting drunk and walking naked in a Tennessee hotel where security officers have found him. His blood alcohol content test result was at 0.14 percent, which is almost twice the legal limit in Tennessee. It was later found out that he drank two beers and three glasses of bourbon before the incident.
