Starting this month about 575,00 people now qualify as new DoD civilian customers after the DoD have authorized military exchanges to be open for them. Some of the stores where DoD civilian customers can shop include Army and Air Force Exchange Service, or AAFES, stores; Navy exchanges; Marine Corps exchanges; and Coast Guard exchanges.
