Army to review thousands of ‘bad paper’ discharges in court settlement | Military.com

Judge Charles Haight with the US District Court of Connecticut has approved a lawsuit settlement that requires the US Army to review thousands of other-than-honorable discharges issued in the past decade to soldiers with mental health conditions or traumatic brain injuries. In addition, the Army Discharge Review Board has agreed to update the court every six months to ensure that the service is following the agreement.
