Navy developing land-based Unmanned Vehicle testing sites as early design work continues | USNI News

As the Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel prototype water test is almost complete, the US Navy has already started arrangements for a land-based test. According to Rear Adm. Casey Moton, the program executive officer for unmanned and small combatants, the Navy and Pentagon already have four medium and large USV prototypes in the water. They are expecting three more deliveries in the next few years.
