Damien Mason, director of the Army Capability Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team, they have been inserting new technology into the vehicle to prepare for a potential ground fight with peer competitors like China or Russia. Some of the upgrades include the addition of Integrated Visual Augmentation System, or IVAS, which allows soldiers to use sensors and software for everything.
