Marine vet condemns marijuana, says he ‘toked up’ in Kentucky & woke up in Kenya | Military Times

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed legislation legalizing marijuana’s recreational use among the state’s adult population. This appealed to many, except for a Marine veteran who apparently had a terrible experience when using it. According to Greg Kelly, a Marine veteran and media personality, he used it back in the day in Kentucky and woke up four days later in Nairobi, Kenya, without any knowledge of what had happened within those four days. “I ‘toked up’ with some buddies in Kentucky and woke up 4 days later in Nairobi, Kenya. With no idea what happened. DON’T DO DRUGS,” part if his elementary school D.A.R.E. presentation-type tweet stated.
