Reloading is a simple mechanical process that takes a fired case, re-forms it, and replaces the required components in order to make it ready to fire once more. Reloaded ammunition can be just as efficient and precise as factory bullets, and it’s a lot less costly too. This is a good idea not just to address the current shortage but to prepare for the next shortage as well.
