Physical tests measure how far you can go and how dedicated you are to achieve your goal. Passing tests or meeting goals can create too much pressure to where some people tend to overdo it. With this, they end up not having a good rest or having too much of it. Can too much rest or not having enough affect the performance of someone? If you want to feel tireless or strong at each set, keep close to your rest time. But if you want to know your limit when it comes to intensive work, then follow the exercise’s stress and limit your rest.
