Trials delayed for 2 Marine Raiders, Navy corpsman charged in Green Beret’s death | Military.com

Charged in the 2019 death of former Green Beret and contractor Rick Rodriguez, the trials for three members of a Marine Raider battalion have been rescheduled to May 28. According to MARSOC spokesman Maj. Hector Infante, it was Gilmet’s counsel who requested the delay. The three suspects, Gilmet, Negron, and Draher, were members of the 3rd Marine Raider Battalion. Ten other Marines were disciplined administratively following the investigation due to additional misconduct.
