At one point or another, we all meet someone entitled. At work, the most common indicator of someone with such an attitude is the person who always says, “that’s not my job.” Cultivating such an attitude at work is never encouraged and, in fact, can destroy teams. But this can certainly be avoided by focusing on contribution. Through this, you can create a team that is dedicated to helpfulness, excellence, and enthusiastic service.
