Today, more and more people are becoming more open to mental health problems. A lot of people have come a long way in fighting it, and they are brave enough to open it up. One of the braves people to do so is Army Maj. Gen. Gregg Martin. Martin is a two-star awardee who was on the verge of his career when he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder that cost him his 36-year career. This shows that mental health problems don’t choose who to affect; not even the military, who are known to be brave, are exempted.
