The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the military to undergo 10-14 days of quarantine, which has limited outdoor activities and no off-base privileges.  With this, soldiers are left with no choice but to jump into virtual training and train in a dorm or barracks facility’s confines. Staying active in times like this has become a real challenge, but sticking in your routine will help you get through it. Specifically, start with finding inspiration and motivation, creating a habit, building a routine, and staying consistent and disciplined. Also, being mentally tough and trying to grow physically and mentally really helps.
