Kosovo sends troops to Kuwait on 1st peacekeeping mission; KSF to operate under US Central Command | Military Times

With the mission to help Kuwait in its first-ever international peacekeeping mission, Kosovo Security Force (KSF) has sent a military platoon in the country. A ceremony was held at the army barracks in the capital, Pristina, which is seen as extremely important. This is because 22 years after the war, the country isn’t only importing peacekeeping troops, but they are also exporting them as well. The troop will stay in Kuwait for six months and be under the command of the National Guard of Iowa.
