OC, or Oleoresin Capsicum — better known as pepper spray is an incredibly painful exercise used to train military and law enforcement personnel. OC spray is searing and suffocating but isn’t as harmful as it sounds. In fact, this is a non-lethal form of policing, riot control, and personal self-defense. Some of OC spray’s side effects include skin irritation, temporary blindness, pain, anxiety, and panic.
