After long negotiations, the United States and South Korea have finally agreed to share the American troop presence’s cost. The American troops are in the country to help them against the threat of North Korean aggression. In the agreement, Seoul’s share is bigger than the U.S. to support around 28,000 soldiers are deployed in South Korea.
