The rift between Mark Zuckerberg and Tim Cook started after Tim publicly criticized Facebook’s privacy policies, including responding to Facebook’s 2018 Cambridge Analytica scandal. He said that such a scandal would never happen to Apple because Apple does not treat its customers as products.
