Amazon Web Services chose to stop hosting Parler, the far-right-friendly social media site, in January after the site allegedly refused to take down violent posts. Web infrastructure company SkySilk is now hosting Parler, but the kickoff has not been smooth. Users report major slow downs and difficulty accessing it from a mobile device. Parler’s executive committee is also looking for a new CEO after firing former CEO John Matze earlier this month.
