Being isolated from others isn’t easy, but we have to find the silver lining in it. We have to find joy in everything, even with everything that is going on around us. Thankfully, there are a lot of ways to do so, including intersection and mindfulness. Introspection is a thinking, analytical process of reflection. On the other hand, mind fullness is a non-judgmental, present moment awareness that opens our minds to acknowledge and observe our thoughts and feelings. These two are powerful ways on how we can achieve happiness that can last for a long time.
