Living in a diverse world, encountering people of different colors, nationalities, beliefs, etc., is unavoidable. For leaders, handling these differences is hard, especially when creating a thriving multi-racial community within an organization. To become a proactive leader, one must fully understand what diversity is by going out of his comfort zone and do something differently. But of course, diversity should come along with equity and inclusion to become a more equitable organization.
