Air Force launches global review of base security after intruder boards C-40 aircraft | Military.com

The U.S. Air Force has launched a global review on its base safety and security protocols after a man has successfully breached its security measures. According to Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, review and investigation will not just focus on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland where the incident happened, but it will also include their installations worldwide. The intruder boarded a C-40 Clipper transport aircraft, but was later on detained and was already turned over to local law enforcement.
