In a report by ABC 10News, 10 pounds of C4 explosives have been missing for more than two weeks already. The incident happened during a training exercise in Twentynine Palms, California. The military has already deployed NCIS to search for the missing explosives, and a cash reward has been offered. C4 is a military-grade plastic explosive that can be used to create door charges for explosive breaching.
