The U.K. soldiers of the Forward Presence Battle Group-Poland has successfully completed the Cold-Weather Operators’ course last Dec. 12, 2020, at Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland. This is a part of their continuous efforts to be prepared for the worse, even in the coldest of places. During the course, the soldiers braved near-freezing water, which is seen as one of the most important parts of their training since most injuries in the area are due to austere weather conditions. The exercise has trained the soldiers to stay calm and act for their safety in such cases.
