Police officers rescue man from car as icy flood waters rise in N.J. town during winter storm | NJ.com

Monmouth County towns police officers have rescued a man who has been trapped in his car during the winter storm that hit the Garden State. The winter storm had raised the icy floodwater around his car, making him unable to get out due to hypothermia and rising water levels. The rescue operation took place on the border of Union Beach and Keyport around 11:30 a.m. After being rescued he was taken to the hospital to be treated for hypothermia.
