The U.S. Army has remained keen when it comes to their hair and grooming standards. Surprisingly, they have issued new hair and grooming standards, specifically for women. In an announcement, the Army has made it clear that women soldiers are now allowed to have long ponytails and buzz cuts. The decision was also pushed through to address alopecia and help express cultural preferences and gender identity.
