U.S. judge allows extradition of two men accused of aiding Ghosn escape | Reuters

Must Read

Despite their flees, U.S. Army Special Forces veteran Michael Taylor and his son Peter Taylor will be deported to Japan after U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani approved their extradition. The two are set to face charges for helping former Nissan Motor Co Ltd Chairman Carlos Ghosn flee the country. The Taylors were arrested in May upon Japan’s request, but their extradition was put on hold until October so that Talwani could hear their challenge to the State Department’s decision.
