Rigorous training and workout cause the muscles to become sore. Recovering from these physical activities will require a day in between, and warming up before going back to the routine is very important. One way to effectively warm-up is by doing the “hair of the dog that bit me” warmup cycle the next day for 10-15 minutes. Doing so not only helps you in the recovery process but can significantly improve your PT and lift scores.
