Dunning Kruger effect is a cognitive bias when people overestimate their knowledge or ability in a specific area. We may not be aware of it but all of us fall victim to this idea. You cannot accurately judge your own competence because all of us cannot examine ourselves objectively. The problem comes when we see this in others but refuse to see it in ourselves. Make sure to be open to feedback on your work and self-improvement throughout your life.
