Despite Fort Bragg being at a health protection level of “Charlie” families can still view outdoor memorials and statues. Number one on the list compiled by Fayetteville Observer is Meadows Memorial Parade Field located near Yadkin Road. The statue depicts special operations commander Maj. Richard “Dick” Meadows. Other memorials include Bronze Bruce, the Bull Simons statue, the Iron Mike statue, and the Eternal Flame.
