According to data provided by Naval Sea Systems Command, the U.S. Navy will commission seven ships and christen another eight in 2021. The guided-missile destroyer fleet will welcome DDG-118, Daniel Inouye, while the littoral combat ships Oakland, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Mobile are expected to join the LCS community. We will also look forward to the commission of expeditionary mobile base Miguel Keith and submarines Oregon and Montana. Scheduled for christening are three destroyers, Lenah H. Sutcliffe Higbee, Carl M. Levin, and Jack Lucas as well as replenishment oilers John Lewis and Harvey V. Milk and fast-attack sub Rickover.
