Two of the seven men that breached the security of the oil tanker off the Isle of Wight are due for court on January 29th. Matthew John Okarie and Sunday Sylvester were charged under the Merchant Shipping Act for endangering ship safety. The other five men remain on bail until 25 January while the investigation continues. The oil tanker was reported to be docked with all 22 crew members safe. Special Forces and members of the Special Boat Service took back the oil tanker on October 25th after seven men boarded and took over the ship.
