Many US diplomats in Havana, Cuba reported symptoms of dizziness, loss of balance, hearing loss, anxiety, and something they described as “cognitive fog” where they called it the “Havana syndrome.” The mysterious illness was initially suspected as “sonic attacks” from Cuba, which they strongly denied. But then, a report shows that after studying 40 government employees, the symptoms and observations are consistent with the effects of directed, pulsed radiofrequency energy (RF).
