The United States has been called in to provide aid for Central America after they were hit with two hurricanes. U.S. Air Force Special Tactics operators from the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron at Hurlburt Field, Florida were sent out for hurricane relief. The team had a difficult time getting to the places they needed to be due to the weather and damage. However, the relief forces have been able to provide humanitarian aid to numerous areas and are prepared to perform personnel rescues.
