SOFX The Crossroads of Special Operations
Former Army Special Forces Sgt. 1st Class Brent Verdialez had a brilliant idea of creating a sparring robot partner after he sustained a wrist injury in an Army combative training that prevented him from his passion for boxing and other forms of martial arts. The RXT-1 or RefleX Trainer-1, was conceived, designed, and built at home that runs in three distinct modes of training. Verdialez combined his background as a Special Forces engineer and built a new kind of training tool inspired by wooden sparring dummies popularized by legendary martial artist Bruce Lee.
