Coalition aircraft launched almost 35,000 strikes on ISIS targets over six years | Air Force Times

The United States and their allies have been ramping up their efforts to defeat ISIS. Part of this includes a U.S.-led multinational coalition. This coalition has been active for years and has conducted multiple strikes in places like Iraq and Syria. Since August 2014 there have been 34,917 in these areas. This pressure has forced ISIS out and it is very hard for their presence to remain. However, according to officials the pressure needs to stay to keep them out.
