SEAL Team Six executes long distance rescue operation of kidnapped American in Nigeria (updated) | The Drive

SEAL Team Six members helped in rescuing an American hostage in Nigeria. The rescue took place in the early hours of October 31st, 2020.It has been confirmed that no American personnel were injured during the mission. A report shows that all but one captor had been killed. Forces were moved long-distance via multiple C-17A Globemaster III transport aircrafts and CV-22B Osprey tilt-rotors and MC-130 special operations transports. AC-130 gunships were also involved in the mission.
