A nonlethal M4 carbine is on the wish list this year for the Green Berets. This training system would allow trainees to train out of range. The weapon is considered unlethal because it uses carbon dioxide to help release the non-lethal 8mm projectiles. It has been labeled by Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms standards.
