Military working dogs now have their own ‘walking blood bank’ in Iraq | Military.com

US troops have started a mobile blood bank for military working dogs in Iraq. They identified their blood type and prepared enough supply in case of any apprehension during operations. The prescreened donors are believed to be a first for the dog handlers and their K9s in the region as first reported by Stars & Stripes.
