Prejudice starts when you assume that you know what they know. It is important to note that employees are not loyal to organizations; they are loyal to other people. If management were able to provide a work culture that shares the same vision, there must be an approach to how their loyalty needs to be cultivated over time. People are not dispensable commodities.
