Once an employee informs a company that he or she tested positive for COVID, it is important to show empathy and support from them people during their quarantine and health recovery. One thing to note is that there must already be a protocol and a contact person in place who will be responsible for informing the management and its close contact. However, requiring your employee to chart their COVID symptoms are unnecessary.
