During a protest for George Floyd’s death, civilians encountered a UH-60 Blackhawk and a UH-72 Lakota who used storm-strength rotor wash. The American Civil Liberties Union filed a complaint against the District’s National Guard on behalf of Dzhuliya Dashtamirova. The incident done by the low-flying helicopters has caused her bodily harm and inflicted severe emotional distress.
