Greg was changing a lock when he noticed a few red flags. First the women who was in the room had to ask permission to have her phone from the man that was looming over her. Her hand also had 911 written on it, a more obvious sign that she needed help. He contacted his friend in the FBI and the women was able to get help. She was changing her locks to keep out her ex-boyfriend, Grant Eggertsen, but he entered the house before the locksmith could get there. Eggertsen was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping in the course of committing unlawful detention, criminal trespass, and assault.
