The two ISIS terrorists, Alexanda Kotey and El Shafee Elsheikh have already admitted their involvement with capturing American journalists, James Foley and Steven Sotloff as well as U.S. aid workers Kayla Mueller and Peter Kassig. In an NBC interview, the men admitted to have beaten Foley before he was later beheaded. Kayla Mueller was also tortured and sexually abused before passing away in 2015. American and British forces accuse the men of being responsible for at least 27 murders including the aid workers and journalists.
